Accountant

We seek a proactive, self-motivated accountant to manage our accounting operations, as well as HR and administrative functions. This role reports directly to the director and handles comprehensive financial reporting cycles for holding and satellite companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute full-cycle accounting, including AP/AR, bookkeeping, expense tracking, and monthly analysis
• Manage monthly financial closings, bank reconciliations, and reporting
• Process payroll, MPF, and maintain HR documentation
• Lead year-end audit preparation and coordinate with the external auditor
• Prepare monthly financial reports for Australian and Singapore offices
• Coordinate with the China office for invoice and shipping document preparation for overseas customers
• Support implementation and transition to the new ERP system
• Handle ad hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent, professional qualification in HKICPA/ACCA or other Accountancy bodies is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, garment manufacturing industry preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting software (Xero and MYOB)
• Experience with Cloud ERP systems (IGarment knowledge beneficial)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously under deadline pressure
