Job Role: Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting processes, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial records efficiently.

Job Details:

• Position: Accountant
• Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
• Preferred Location: Candidates currently residing in Noida or nearby areas
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Experience: 1–2 years
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers and other accounting documents.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records of expenses, receipts and payments.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and periodic reports.
• Ensure timely entries and proper maintenance of books of accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoices, payments and financial documentation.
• Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements as applicable.
• Support senior management/accounting teams with routine financial and administrative tasks.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, M.Com, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing and reconciliation will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Candidates from Noida or nearby locations are preferred.
