Accountant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling day-to-day accounting activities and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Coordinating accounts payables and receivables efficiently.
• Managing BRC (Bank Realization Certificate) documentation with banks for export sales.
• Working extensively on Tally ERP / Tally Prime (latest version).
• Handling GST-related work including filing, reconciliation, compliance, and documentation.
• Good knowledge and practical handling of TDS & TCS compliance.
• Coordinating and dealing regularly with banking officials.
• Coordinating with Chartered Accountants (CA) and office staff for accounting and compliance matters.
• Maintaining accounting entries, ledgers, vouchers, and reconciliations.
• Assisting in audit, taxation, and statutory compliance work.
• Ensuring proper documentation and accounting discipline within the organization.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong accounting fundamentals and practical knowledge.
• Well experienced in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Complete knowledge of GST procedures and compliance.
• Knowledge of TDS & TCS regulations and filings.
• Good communication skills with fluent English.
• Ability to coordinate professionally with banks, CAs, and internal teams.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Prior experience in accounting and finance-related work preferred.

Preferred Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Relevant experience in accounting and taxation preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
