Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Journal Entries: Post and process daily journal transactions to keep the general ledger up to date.
• AP & AR Management: Maintain accounts payable (process vendor invoices) and accounts receivable (generate client bills).
• Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and ledger balances to catch errors.
• Month-End Close: Assist senior team members with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Financial Reporting: Help prepare basic financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Expense Tracking: Review, verify, and process employee expense reports and check requests.
• Audit Support: Gather financial documents and data to assist internal and external auditors.
• Data Organization: Maintain digital and physical filing systems for all financial records and tax receipts.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a relevant finance internship.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and accounting software like Tally, ZOHO or SAP.
• Accounting Standards: Basic working knowledge of GAAP or IFRS principles.
• Key Attributes: High attention to numerical detail, strong analytical skills, and solid communication habits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
