Accountant

Duties:

• Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
• Conduct technical accounting tasks, including journal entries and general ledger maintenance
• Perform bank reconciliation to verify the accuracy of recorded transactions
• Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and customer account maintenance
• Process accounts payable, including vendor invoice verification and payment processing
• Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or trends in financial data
• Assist with tax preparation
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper 2 years experience
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel) Accounting CS
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Associate's degree in accounting

-Experience doing tax returns for at least 2 years
