About the role

Macchetti Ltd. is seeking a talented Accountant to join our dynamic team in Central. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to contribute to the financial operations of our respected organisation.

Responsibilities:-

1. Managing all accounting operations. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
2. Handle full set of books
3. Prepare financial reports and conduct cash forecasting, budgets, and other reports for management
4. Support the month-end and year-end close processes
5. Collaborate with auditor and bank
6. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls

Requirements:-

1. Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or a related field
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar Accountant role, preferably within the Financial Accounting & Reporting industry
3. Can work independently
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook
6. Proficient in financial software, knowledge of Peachtree would be beneficial
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
8. Good command of both English and Chinese
