Accountant | RovaMED Co. L.L.C.

RovaMED is a Dubai-based medical aesthetics company established in 2022. We supply products and equipment to dermatology and aesthetic clinics across the UAE. We are looking for an organised, dependable accountant who can manage our daily accounts accurately and provide clear financial reports to management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounts in QuickBooks and complete monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices, record supplier bills, and monitor customer payments and outstanding balances.
• Reconcile inventory, purchases, and supplier statements.
• Maintain VAT records and support the preparation of VAT returns.
• Prepare monthly profit and loss, cash flow, and receivables reports.
• Keep accounting records organized and assist with preparations for UAE e-invoicing.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Strong practical knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and UAE VAT.
• Experience with inventory and accounts receivable.
• Good English communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in a trading or medical supplies company is an advantage.
