Accountant

Key Responsibilities

· Manage accounts payable transactions and supplier accounts.

· Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payment documents.

· Process supplier payments and ensure timely settlements.

· Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.

· Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.

· Coordinate with the purchasing and warehouse departments.

· Assist with month-end closing and accounts payable reports.

· Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and UAE VAT regulations.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience in the UAE.

· Good knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting principles.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

· Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
