Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliances, financial records, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting software, taxation, compliance, and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle accounting entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Manage Tally and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Handle GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliances.
• Assist with ROC-related compliance and filings.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and supporting documents.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of compliance records.
• Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and relevant authorities when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance purposes.
• Prepare reports and data using MS Excel and MS Word.
• Support management with accounting and financial information as required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally
• Good understanding of GST & TDS
• Knowledge of ROC Compliance
• Working knowledge of ESIC, PF & Professional Tax (PT)
• Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word
• Strong accounting and reconciliation skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage deadlines and statutory compliance

Eligibility

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Practical experience with statutory compliance is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
