Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting transactions and financial records.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment records, and reconciliations.
• Monitor income, expenses, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Prepare financial and management reports.
• Reconcile bank and other financial accounts.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting procedures.
• Maintain accurate and confidential financial records.

Requirements:

• HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3 years’ relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• ICAN/ACCA or relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
