Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances.
• Verify supplier invoices and coordinate payments.
• Reconcile cash, bank accounts, and financial records.
• Monitor sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory-related transactions.
• Maintain accurate records for generators, solar panels, batteries, and related equipment.
• Assist in tracking project-related costs and expenses.
• Prepare regular financial and accounting reports for management.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and financial records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and other departments regarding financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in accounting is preferred.
• Experience in generators, solar energy, electrical equipment, or a related industry is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
