About Us
We are a growing travel business based in Hyderabad, offering curated trip planning, solo travel experiences, and luxury travel services. As we scale, we're looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations and support smart business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, and track vendor and client payments
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting for management
• Coordinate with external auditors and consultants as needed
• Maintain accurate records of trip-related expenses, supplier payments, and client refunds

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in accountancy (agency, travel, or service industry experience preferred but not mandatory)
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance in India
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, or similar accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently

Nice to Have

• Experience working with a small business or startup
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or Zoho Books
