Accountant

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with a flair for administrative tasks to manage our financial records and support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be highly organized, and be able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
• Process payroll and manage employee expense reports

Administrative Duties:

• Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence and scheduling
• Assist with office organization and inventory management
• Handle client and vendor communications
• Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. Tally, Zoho , Quickbook) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
