Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and books of accounts.

Handle purchase, sales, expenses, receipts and payment entries.

Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, bills and payment documents.

Maintain GST, TDS and other statutory records and coordinate with CA for timely compliance.

Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliation.

Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash-flow statements and outstanding reports.

Maintain petty cash and monitor daily cash transactions.

Assist in preparation of financial statements and audit requirements.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, banks, auditors and statutory consultants.

Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

Monitor project-wise expenses and assist management in cost tracking.

Ensure timely filing and compliance with applicable accounting and taxation requirements.

Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.

2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Good knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST and TDS.

Experience in construction/real-estate accounting will be preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to independently handle routine accounting activities.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
