Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supporting Senior Accounts Officials: Assist senior accounts officials in various aspects of the company's accounting process. Enter basic accounting transactions into Tally 9 or the company's accounting software.

2. Taxation Knowledge: Possess knowledge of both direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.

3. Daily Vouchers: Prepare and enter daily vouchers accurately and in a timely manner.

4. General Filing and Auditing: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for auditing purposes.

5. Petty Cash Handling: Manage petty cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.

6. Bank Related Tasks: Handle various bank-related tasks, including deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions. Maintain bank books and prepare bank reconciliation statements regularly.

7. Vendor Payments and Receivables: Process vendor payments and maintain records of accounts payable and receivable.

Your role as an Accounts Officer is vital in ensuring the efficient financial operations of the company. Your ability to handle accounting tasks, taxation knowledge, and effective communication with clients will contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Expectations:

Must have minimum 2 Yrs of experience working in Tally ERP.

Should have basic command over English Language.

Proficient in MS Office.

Willing for outstation travelling as when required.

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com (Specialization Accounting) / CA Inter / MBA Finance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
