Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries, ledgers, cash, and bank transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Perform bank, cash, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records related to vehicle sales, service, spare parts, accessories, insurance, and other dealership transactions.
• Monitor customer outstanding payments and vendor balances.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Verify GST input/output records and support reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
• Maintain proper documentation for internal and statutory audits.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and other departments when required.
• Monitor petty cash and employee reimbursement records.
• Ensure timely posting and closing of accounting transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
• Support management in financial analysis and other accounting-related activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per day
