Accountant

Key responsibilities

• Handle full-set accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and month-end closing.
• Manage daily cash flow, prepare payment schedules, and process payments and staff reimbursements in accordance with company policies.
• Handle banking matters, including bank account administration, remittances and time deposits.
• Prepare bank, customer, supplier and intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare management accounts, accounting schedules and relevant variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents, and support annual audits and tax filings.
• Handle other accounting duties and ad hoc assignments.

About you

• Hold a diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, capable of handling full sets of accounts independently.
• Hands-on experience in cash management, accounts payable, payment processing and bank reconciliation.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese; able to communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Meticulous, responsible and well-organised with strong communication skills, able to deliver tasks on schedule.
