Accountant

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, payment records, and supporting documents.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable and maintain vendor/customer ledgers.
• Record cash and bank transactions and perform regular bank reconciliation.
• Assist in preparation of GST, TDS and other statutory compliance documents.
• Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and general ledger records.
• Prepare monthly statements, expense reports, and other financial reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, banks, and internal departments regarding payments and accounts.
• Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before processing payments.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assist in audit activities and provide required financial documents.
• Ensure accounting entries are accurate and completed within the required timelines.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.
• Prepare and generate E-Way Bills for the movement of goods as per applicable GST requirements.
• Verify invoice, GSTIN, HSN code, quantity, value, transporter and vehicle details before generating E-Way Bills.
• Maintain records of generated E-Way Bills and monitor their validity.
• Update or extend E-Way Bills when required and coordinate with transporters for timely compliance.
• Ensure proper documentation of goods movement and reconcile E-Way Bill details with invoices and accounting records.
• Required Skills:
• Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹8,587.45 - ₹41,730.67 per month
