Accountant

• Manage and maintain the company’s full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and financial statements accurately and on time.
• Monitor project-related expenses, costs, and payments to ensure proper recording and documentation.
• Handle invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents for both office and project sites.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from clients and outstanding amounts payable to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and manage project-related accounts, including progress claims, variation orders, retention, and related financial matters.
• Perform bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
• Assist in preparing budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial analysis for construction projects and company operations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, suppliers, subcontractors, and relevant parties on accounting and financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements, company policies, and proper internal financial controls.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
