Accountant

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts.
• Record and verify sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and other financial transactions.
• Maintain customer, vendor, contractor, and other party ledgers.
• Prepare and maintain journal entries, cash books, and bank books.
• Perform regular bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain project-wise accounts and track project-related expenses.
• Record and monitor construction material purchases, labour payments, contractor bills, and site expenses.
• Verify invoices, bills, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
• Maintain vendor and contractor accounts and track outstanding payments.
• Maintain customer booking, instalment, receipt, and outstanding payment records.
• Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and expense reports.
• Maintain Excel-based accounting records and financial reports.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, contractors, and customers.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, vouchers, receipts, agreements, and other financial records.
• Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and routine office/site expenses.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of all accounting transactions.
• Assist management in financial analysis, budgeting, and decision-making.
• Coordinate with sales, purchase, HR, administration, and project/site teams for accounting-related matters.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
