Accountant

Cost Accounting & Inventory Management

• Track production costs: Monitor raw materials (steel, rubber, electronics), direct labor, and manufacturing overhead.
• Value inventory: Maintain accurate records of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished auto components using FIFO, LIFO, or weighted average methods.
• Conduct variance analysis: Compare standard manufacturing costs against actual production costs to spot inefficiencies or material waste.
• Manage bill of materials (BOM): Verify accuracy in component cost roll-ups for individual auto parts.

Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR)

• Reconcile vendor invoices: Process payments for raw material suppliers and heavy machinery maintenance.
• Manage OEM customer accounts: Handle high-volume billing, contract terms, and receivables from original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) or Tier-1/Tier-2 automotive clients.
• Monitor aging reports: Track outstanding customer payments and enforce credit limits.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare financial statements: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance: Comply with local tax laws (such as GST/VAT) and corporate financial regulations.
• Support audits: Prepare auditable trails for incoming customer or vendor compliance audits, verifying materials on hand and financial accuracy.

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Assist in budgeting: Help management forecast future production volumes, capital expenditures, and operational expenses.
• Identify cost-saving measures: Recommend policy changes or operational adjustments to maximize profit margins on specific auto part lines

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
