Accountant

Hiring Remote Accountants & Bookkeepers — Multiple Positions Available

Compensation: $1,400–$2,500 USD Per Month + Bonuses & Commissions

We’re currently hiring Accountants & Bookkeepers for multiple openings with our U.S.-based partner companies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

• Record, categorize, and maintain accurate financial transactions.

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Prepare invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation.

• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.

• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and supporting documentation.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Monitor outstanding invoices, payments, and account balances.

• Identify discrepancies and assist with resolving accounting issues.

• Prepare financial reports and accounting summaries.

• Maintain organized and accurate financial records.

• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or a related role.

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

• Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or General Ledger.

• Experience performing bank or account reconciliations.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

Preferred Skills & Tools:

• Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, NetSuite, Zoho Books , or similar accounting platforms.

• Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.

• Experience supporting U.S.-based businesses or clients .

• Knowledge of U.S. accounting practices is a plus.

• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting.

• Payroll, expense management, or billing experience is a plus.

• Ability to work with multiple accounts, clients, or business entities.
