Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of accounting experience in the UAE, with practical knowledge of day-to-day accounting operations and QuickBooks.

Candidates with previous accounting experience in the medical/healthcare sector will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.

Record invoices, receipts, payments, expenses, and other financial transactions.

Prepare accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

Perform bank and account reconciliations.

Assist with monthly financial reports and closing activities.

Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.

Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Perform accounting transactions using QuickBooks.

Coordinate with management and other departments regarding financial matters.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience in the UAE.

Practical, hands-on experience with QuickBooks is required.

Accounting experience in a medical/healthcare company is an advantage.

Good knowledge of bookkeeping and general accounting principles.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.

Preference: Male candidates may be preferred where permitted by applicable UAE employment requirements and the nature of the role.
