Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile the company's bank statements and accounts.
• Prepare and submit daily cash income and expense reports by email.
• Prepare invoices, Statements of Account (SOA), and record supplier invoices.
• Analyze financial transactions, prepare journal entries, and maintain the general ledger.
• Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting entries.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and vendor reconciliations.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of sales and purchase invoices and other accounting documents.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and analyze the company's financial performance.
• Prepare and file UAE VAT returns in compliance with applicable UAE laws.
• Maintain knowledge of and assist with UAE Corporate Tax requirements.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant UAE accounting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, AP, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime is required.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Good command of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Immediate joiner is preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
