Data Entry Specialist

Job Purpose:
Responsible for accurately entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining company data and records while ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately into ERP systems and company databases.
• Review documents and records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Verify entered information and correct errors or discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain daily and periodic data entry reports.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical records.
• Follow up on missing or incomplete information with the concerned departments.
• Perform data reconciliation between system records and supporting documents.
• Prepare Excel reports and use formulas, filters, sorting, and basic data analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
• Support the Accounting and Finance teams with data preparation and reporting.
• Ensure all transactions are entered into the system accurately and on time.
• Assist in improving data organization and reducing data-entry errors.
• Perform other administrative and accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Excellent typing and data entry accuracy.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to identify errors and discrepancies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: From E£14,000.00 per day
