Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of accounting and taxation, preferably with experience in the F&B or restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash, and bank transactions.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations regularly.
• Monitor expenses, income, and outstanding payments.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
• Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other taxation-related activities.
• Ensure timely filing and compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for taxation and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and management when required.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and tax-related information.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of relevant experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong taxation knowledge and practical experience in GST, TDS, and Income Tax is mandatory/preferred.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in the F&B/restaurant industry will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
