Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, accuracy, and experience with accounting software and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Maintain payroll records, if required.
• Use ERP and accounting systems to record, monitor, and report financial transactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience (preferred).
• Experience using ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar) and accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
