What they need
We are a small wool fabric manufacturer with a team of 19, looking for a part time accountant. The preferred candidate will have experience with the following software, Xero accounting, Xero payroll and Ostendo manufacturing.
Responsibilities will include banking, payroll and leave calculations, aligning invoices , coding creditors, EOM financial reporting and working alongside the OM and CEO, calculating GST and FBT through Xero accounting system, contacting debtors and emailing statements and dealing with any HR information and filing of staff details.
