About the Role

Super Thermo Sensors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented *Accountant* to join our team at Khet Shivapur, Pune. The ideal candidate should have *1–1.5 years of experience* in accounting and a good understanding of day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

• Handle *purchase and sales entries*, invoices, receipts and payments.

• Maintain *accounts payable and receivable* records.

• Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.

• Assist with *GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements*.

• Prepare basic financial reports and account statements.

• Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers and invoices.

• Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting and payment-related matters.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Ensure accuracy and timely updating of accounting records.

Required Skills

• 1–1.5 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Knowledge of *Tally/ERP accounting software*.

• Basic knowledge of *GST and TDS*.

• Good knowledge of *MS Excel*.

• Understanding of basic accounting principles.

• Good numerical and analytical skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualification

• *B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance)* or equivalent qualification preferred.
