Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive (AR) to manage accounts receivable, ensure timely collections, and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable aging and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
• Follow up with customers for pending dues and resolve payment issues
• Maintain proper documentation of all receivable transactions
• Prepare periodic AR reports, aging analysis, and collection status reports
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for billing and collection updates
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to receivables

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, ERP systems, etc.)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Attributes

• Experience handling high-volume transactions
• Familiarity with GST invoicing and compliance
• Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
