About the role

The Finance Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Manila. This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining accurate financial statements and reports in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Finance Executive will manage daily accounting activities, support month-end and year-end closing processes, and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The role includes handling tax-related matters such as Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, coordinating with external auditors and tax advisors, and ensuring timely filings. The Finance Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement in financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in line with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Manage daily accounting activities
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Handle tax-related matters such as Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance

About you

• Strong foundation in Finance with experience preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting, including management reports, statutory reports, and compliance documentation
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and data-driven decision support
• Working knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other relevant tax regulations, including compliance and documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are an advantage
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems, as well as strong MS Excel skills
• Attention to detail, integrity in handling financial data, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams in Manila
