Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. The candidate should have a minimum qualification of B.Com with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle sales, purchase, expenses, receipts and payments entries.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers and ledgers.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal teams regarding accounts-related matters.
• Prepare basic MIS reports and accounting statements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• B.Com / Bachelor of Commerce – Mandatory
• 6 Months to 1 Year of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GST & TDS.
• Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
• Good understanding of Debit, Credit, Journal, Ledger & Bank Reconciliation.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
