What they need
Subodhini Jewels is looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, and basic accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily sales, purchase, expense, and payment entries.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain accurate jewellery stock and inventory records.
Handle billing, invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
Maintain and reconcile cash and bank accounts.
Work on Tally and MS Excel for accounting and reporting.
Handle GST, TDS, and other routine accounting requirements.
Prepare monthly reports and assist with financial statements.
Maintain proper records of jewellery purchases, sales, and transactions.
