ACCOUNTANT

Location: Kolkata

Industry: Engineering / HVAC

CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial documentation.

• Prepare final accounts and coordinate with the Auditor for timely completion of the audit.

• Prepare and reconcile Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

• Handle GST compliance and return filing.

• Manage TDS calculations, payments, and return filing.

• Handle PF and ESI compliance and return filing.

• Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and updated on time.

• Review accounting transactions and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare financial reports, statements, and MIS as required.

• Maintain proper accounting records and entries in Farvision software.

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting principles and statutory requirements.

• Maintain organized financial documentation and records.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

• Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, PF, and ESI.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

• Experience with Farvision software will be preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting activities.

Education

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
