Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports and ensure accurate and timely accounting processes. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, trustworthy, and knowledgeable in accounting principles and financial documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
• Prepare financial statements, (income statement, balance sheets and cash flow statements)
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Monitor in the preparation and filing of BIR and other government reports.
• Following accounting standards and internal controls.

About you

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred/required; Magna Cum Laude fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• With at least 2 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of BIR rules, taxation, and Philippine accounting practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, trustworthy, and responsible.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Willing to work in Cebu City and can travel
