We specialize in providing accounting, bookkeeping, and tax support services for Canadian clients, helping businesses grow with accuracy and trust. The role involves working closely with our management team to:

• Perform bookkeeping tasks using Excel spreadsheets and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online)

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations

• Record and process invoices

• Prepare year-end adjustments and reclassification entries

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements

• Track daily work performance and complete a timesheet at the end of each workday

• Handle clerical and administrative tasks, including general office support.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting – Finance
• 2 years of work experience (preferred)

• Ability to apply AI solutions effectively in day-to-day operations
