Accountant

WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNTANT

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our real estate team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

* Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

* Maintain accurate records of accounts payable, receivable, invoices, and expenses.

* Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.

* Manage bank reconciliations and petty cash transactions.

* Handle rental income, property-related expenses, and other real estate accounting transactions.

* Prepare and maintain accounting documents and supporting records.

* Assist with VAT-related accounting and compliance requirements.

* Monitor payments, receipts, and outstanding balances.

* Coordinate with management regarding financial matters.

* Ensure all accounting records are accurate and up to date.

* Perform other accounting duties as required.

Requirements:

* CA Inter / ACCA Affiliate preferred.

* 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience in the real estate industry.*

* Previous accounting experience is preferred.

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

* Good understanding of VAT and UAE accounting practices.

* Experience with property-related accounting transactions is an advantage.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

* Good English communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

* Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
