Accountant

Dream Night Hypermarket is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and daily financial transactions.
• Handle invoices, receipts, payments, accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with VAT-related requirements.
• Monitor expenses and maintain proper financial documentation.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous accounting experience, preferably in retail/hypermarket operations.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Zoho Books/Zoho Accounting.
• Experience with other accounting software is an advantage.
• We use DART, our customized accounting/ERP system. Training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Working Hours

10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
