Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. Freshers and candidates with less than 1 year of accounting experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance activities.

Maintain invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other financial records.

Handle data entry and update accounting records.

Assist with accounts payable and receivable.

Support bank reconciliation and payment tracking.

Prepare basic reports and statements as required.

Maintain proper filing of financial documents.

Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting-related matters.

Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

Freshers or candidates with less than 1 year of experience can apply.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
