ABOUT THE POSITION.

A permanent opportunity. As an Accountant you will support the day-to-day financial operations of the business. Working closely with the wider team, you will manage core accounting functions, assist with financial reporting and support the business's ongoing operations. This is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday.

DUTIES.

• Monitor project costs and financials across FRP concrete structure projects
• Manage account reconciliations and financial records
• Assist with month-end and EOFY reporting
• Support budgeting and financial management
• Monitor project finances and operational costs
• Assist with payroll and day-to-day accounting

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a relevant field
• Demonstrated accounting experience, preferably within civil construction or contracting
• Experience with Xero accounting software
• Experience with FRP (Form, Reinforcement and Pouring) concrete structures highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
