Accountant – Tally Prime

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with practical knowledge of Tally Prime and basic accounting. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, financial records, data entry and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally Prime.
• Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries.
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers and account statements.
• Prepare invoices, bills and accounting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and verify transactions.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Assist with GST, TDS and other accounting-related activities.
• Maintain accurate financial and accounting data.
• Handle data entry and prepare reports in MS Excel.
• Coordinate with management and other departments.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting tasks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation, preferably B.Com / Commerce background.
• Hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain records systematically.

Additional Requirements

• Laptop is required.
• Two-wheeler / vehicle required for official work and official travel.
• Willingness to travel for work-related requirements.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
