Accountant

Join our Finance team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and timely delivery of financial information. As an RTR Accountant , you will contribute to the month-end and year-end closing process, support financial reporting activities, and help drive continuous improvements across accounting processes.

What you'll do:

• Manage Record-to-Report (RTR) activities and ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare, review, and post complex journal entries, accruals, provisions, and accounting adjustments.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and addressing audit requests.
• Collaborate closely with other finance teams and business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support automation initiatives.

What we're looking for:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Solid accounting knowledge and understanding of tax regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong computer literacy.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Conversational English proficiency.
