ROLE OVERVIEW

G Square & Company is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, billing, financial records, reconciliations, and reporting for the company and its associated ventures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain daily accounting records, ledgers, invoices, bills, expenses, and financial transactions.
• Handle billing software, generate invoices, process sales and purchase entries, and maintain billing records.
• Manage vendor payments, customer receipts, expenses, and account reconciliations.
• Verify bills, invoices, stock-related documents, and supporting records for accuracy.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
• Prepare outstanding statements, expense summaries, monthly reports, and other financial reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, outlets, franchisees, and internal teams for billing and account-related queries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and assist management with accounting requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, M.Com, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred; freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
• Must be comfortable using billing software and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle financial information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.

SALARY

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
