We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to join our accounting outsourcing team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of basic accounting and be proficient in QuickBooks and Xero.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain client accounts and bookkeeping records
• Record and classify financial transactions
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with financial reports and month-end procedures
• Ensure client accounts are accurate and up to date
• Communicate with clients when required

Requirements

• Experience: 5 years
• Education: bachelor of business administration in accounting
• Skills: accountants, knowledge of accounting software, proficiency in accounting software, accounting, accounting software, bookkeeping, quickbooks
