Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the counter sales activity - Invoice generation & receipt preparation;
• Reconcile end of the day cash/credit card receipts & ensure that it is banked the next day;
• Manage petty cash & book entries in Oracle for approved expensed;
• Online submission of invoices on customer portal;
• Customer follow-up for due/over due invoices;
• Tracking sales invoices, arranging & sending for filing;
• Liaising with sales/service teams & resolving invoice related issues;
• Replying to customer queries, arranging for invoice resubmission, where needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a sales, retail, trading, or counter-sales environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Petty Cash Management: 2 years (Required)
• Online Invoice submission: 2 years (Required)
• Counter Sales: 2 years (Required)
• Accountant: 2 years (Required)
