Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to assist with day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in Tally and MS Excel, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions in Tally.
• Prepare sales and purchase entries, journal vouchers, and payment entries.
• Generate invoices and maintain billing records.
• Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts.
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable management.
• Maintain vendor and customer account records.
• Prepare GST-related data and coordinate with the CA for filings.
• Maintain petty cash and expense records.
• Organize and maintain accounting documents and files.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial statements as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
