Accountant

Accounting

● Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.

● Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and other accounting documents.

● Maintain cash, bank, sales, purchase and ledger accounts.

● Manage accounts receivable and payable.

● Follow up on pending client payments.

● Handle bank reconciliation and expense records.

● Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.

● Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.

● Maintain proper financial records and documentation.

Administration

● Manage day-to-day office administrative activities.

● Maintain office files, documents and records.

● Handle vendor coordination and office purchases.

● Maintain employee attendance and basic HR records.

● Coordinate with clients, vendors and service providers when required.

● Assist management with reports, documentation and other office requirements.

● Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Required Skills

● Knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / accounting software.

● Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and Indian accounting practices.

● Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

● Good communication and coordination skills.

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

● Ability to manage accounting and administrative tasks independently.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
