Key Responsibilities :

• Handle and maintain full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts and financial statements.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor cash flow, payments, collections and outstanding balances.
• Prepare and review accounting schedules and supporting documents.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and other external parties when required.
• Assist in audit, tax submission and statutory compliance matters.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies and relevant regulations.
• Provide financial information and reports to Management when required.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by Management.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in full set accounts is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in month-end closing, bank reconciliation and audit preparation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Experience with SQL Accounting will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical, organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Malay is an advantage, especially for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
