Accountant

D Exuberance is an experiential marketing, events and brand activation agency based in Maniktala, Kolkata. We are hiring one Accounts Executive with 6+ years of experience to look after cash flow, billing, collections and statutory filing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a weekly cash flow statement covering receivables, payables and bank position

• Raise client invoices on time against monthly billing targets

• Follow up client payments until collected and prepare a monthly outstanding report for clients and vendors

• Verify vendor bills, process payments, and reconcile vendor ledgers and bank accounts

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation)

• Calculate TDS on vendor payments and prepare and file TDS returns

• Coordinate with the company's CA for review and audit

Requirements

• B.Com or equivalent

• Minimum 6 years of accounts experience

• Tally Prime and MS Excel

• Hands-on GST portal and TDS return filing experience

• Agency, contractor or project-billing background preferred

• Shortlisted candidates will take a short practical test at our office

Salary and benefits

• Rs 18,000 to Rs 25,000 per month, based on experience and test performance

• Lunch served at office

• Salary credited by the 7th of every month

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
