Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, GST, TDS, PF & ESI compliance, invoicing, banking, reconciliation, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare sales invoices and verify GST, HSN/SAC, rates and taxes.
• Handle GST returns, TDS, Income Tax, PF & ESI compliance.
• Manage petty cash and accounting documentation.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and monitor bank transactions.
• Track customer outstanding payments and support payment follow-ups.
• Handle banking documentation and loan-related accounting.
• Coordinate Import & Export payment transactions with banks.
• Maintain accurate financial records and statutory documents.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, HR, Sales, Purchase and Management.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of GST & GST Portal
• Practical knowledge of TDS, PF & ESI
• Sales invoicing and accounting entries
• Bank reconciliation and petty cash management
• Tally / Tally Prime
• Good MS Excel knowledge
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills

Qualification & Experience

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Minimum 2+ years of practical experience in Accounts & Finance
• Experience in GST, TDS, PF & ESI is preferred.
• Banking and Import/Export transaction experience will be an added advantage.
• Freshers are not recommended for this role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
